    The public transportation system in the United States is “unjust, unfair and it is not equitable,” according to Angela Glover Blackweel, founder of the think tank, Policy Link. In fact, access to public transportation hasn’t improved much for many minority communities throughout the country in the last 60 years. The Takeaway reports.
